  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, stains, or alteration will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased during final sale or clearance offers.
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling.
  • Requests made after the return window has expired.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the issue along with your order details for verification.

4. Return Process

  • Once approved, instructions for return pickup or shipping will be shared.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested size or item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping may be free for defective or incorrect items.
  • For other returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
