- Returns are accepted for t-shirts, sweatshirts, and kurta sets within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
- Products showing signs of wear, damage, stains, or alteration will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products purchased during final sale or clearance offers.
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling.
- Requests made after the return window has expired.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of the issue along with your order details for verification.
4. Return Process

- Once approved, instructions for return pickup or shipping will be shared.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
6. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested size or item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
7. Shipping Charges
- Return shipping may be free for defective or incorrect items.
- For other returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
